Eric M. Kirby
Eric Kirby is a litigation attorney who focuses primarily on construction law, commercial disputes, professional liability defense, and insurance law. Mr. Kirby worked in the construction industry before attending law school and brings real world experience and understanding of construction projects to his work. Mr. Kirby is fluent in Spanish.
Before joining our firm, Mr. Kirby was a judicial clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Craig B. Shaffer and worked for two years as a deputy clerk in the civil division for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He also served as a clerk for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C., under Senator Orrin G. Hatch.
