C. Todd Drake

Todd Drake specializes in appellate law.  He represents clients in cases before the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.  He represents a variety of professionals including physicians, attorneys, real estate agents, and brokers against malpractice and professional negligence lawsuits.

Mr. Drake also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and has acted as trial counsel in many jury and bench trials.  He routinely advises corporations in matters of contracting, hiring, and termination.
